1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Gravito ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Gravito provides a content intelligence platform with 566 AI-powered tools for content governance, commerce intelligence, compliance checking, and quality assurance. The Service is accessible via the Model Context Protocol (MCP), REST API, and web interface.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (d) use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content; (e) exceed the rate limits or usage quotas of your plan.
5. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. Gravito retains ownership of the Service, including all software, algorithms, and documentation. Analysis results generated by the Service are provided for your use under your plan terms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Gravito does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis results will be accurate or complete. Content governance results should be reviewed by qualified professionals before relying on them for compliance decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gravito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and we will delete your data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
